At PATS, we recognize that expressive routes like art therapy may not be everyone's cup of tea. In which case, "traditional style" talk therapy is always an option. Feel free to step into a kind and cozy space, grab a seat on our comfy couch and share what you feel comfortable. Our goal is to focus on your goals, which means you get to control your therapy. While we may bring up patterns that could be beneficial to explore, ultimately, you get to decide. We want you to feel comfortable (as comfortable as therapy and talking about yourself and your feelings can be) and not feel pressured into something you aren't ready to discuss yet. 

We recognize that a beneficial, healthy therapeutic relationship requires trust and we also recognize that trust doesn't just happen over night. Our goal is to be transparent and upfront with you and provide boundaries that allow you to build trust with us at your own pace. We're here and ready when you are!
